New LandMark Retail Group Announces the Appointment of Lauren Wooding as a New Project Manager

(Woodland Hills, CA) – Landmark Retail Group, a subsidiary of NewMark Merrill Companies, announces the appointment of Lauren Wooding as a new Project Manager for the company. As Project Manager, Lauren will oversee LandMark Retail Group's development projects in Northern California.

Wooding joins Landmark Retail Group with over five years experience in development. As Vice President of Operations and Project Manager for Aventine Development Corporation/Tricor Southwest Corporation, she oversaw program development for CVS/pharmacy in Southern California and Walgreens in Northern California, Florida and North Carolina. Wooding also worked with other national retail tenants, non-profit medical facilities and self development retail projects in over 15 states totaling more than $100M.
