Woodland Hills, CA – LandMark Retail Group (LRG), a subsidiary of NewMark Merrill Companies, announced its first of seven scheduled 2010 CVS/pharmacy store openings on Sunday, March 21. As first day shoppers arrived on Sunday, Los Angeles Marathon runners passed by the store, located at the Southwest corner of the high traffic intersection of Hollywood and Western in Los Angeles, CA .The new CVS/pharmacy occupies a portion of the ground floor of a four (4) story building featuring other retail and office uses. The store entrance offers convenient customer access via cross walks, bus stops and the City's subway system plus at-grade level parking to the west of the building for shoppers who drive. In addition to the Hollywood & Western project, Landmark Retail Group has six new CVS/pharmacy store openings scheduled for 2010 plus an additional 36 new sites approved by CVS throughout California. Landmark Retail Group has been the CVS preferred developer since 2005.
