Landmark Retail Group Announces New Project Manager, Clay Toombs

(Woodland Hills, CA) - Landmark Retail Group, a subsidiary of NewMark Merrill Companies, announces that Clay Toombs has joined the company as Senior Project Manager. As Project Manager, Clay will oversee many LandMark Retail Group's development projects from design through entitlement approvals, permitting and construction.Toombs, who previously worked for Evergreen Devco Inc. as Senior Project Manager, brings strong development experience to his new position at Landmark Retail Group. During his five years at Evergreen, Toombs completed phases of development on 15 Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market stores, including a store which obtained LEED silver certification.

Toombs studied at Arizona State University where he earned his Master's in Business Administration and Real Estate Development. He has been an active member of Habitat for Humanity since 2009.
